Considering abortion? We provide free, confidential services for those facing an unplanned pregnancy. Our care includes pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, abortion information, and after-abortion support—helping you confirm your pregnancy and explore your options.
Our centers offer obstetric ultrasounds at no cost, and we never ask for insurance. The abortion method available depends on how far along you are in your pregnancy. While we do not provide abortion services or the abortion pill, we can confirm pregnancy and explain the different methods of abortion based on gestational age. Many telehealth abortion providers require an ultrasound before prescribing abortion pills, and we provide this service free of charge.

CAN YOU TAKE THE ABORTION PILL?
Before taking the abortion pill, you will need to know exactly how far along you are. The abortion pill is only FDA approved for up to 70 days (10 weeks pregnant) after the start of your last menstrual period. We can help learn more about your pregnancy and if the abortion pill is an option for you. It’s important to note that some women should not take the abortion pill; learn more.
WHAT ABORTION PROCEDURE IS AVAILABLE?
If you can’t have a medical abortion, a surgical procedure called a dilation and curettage (D&C) may be an option. An ultrasound will help determine the type of abortion procedure(s) available to you, allowing you to have the information needed when calling providers.
